That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to “Modification to the Start of the Submission Period for Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Reporting and Recordkeeping Under TSCA 8(a)(7)” (91 Fed.
