Sec. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Inhibiting Militant Adversarial Mullahs Act”.

Sec. 2. Limitation on R visas for leaders of certain religious denominations

Section 214 of the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by adding at the end the following:

“(s) Limitation on R visas for leaders of certain religious denominations.— An alien may not be admitted under section 101(a)(15)(R) if the alien has any of the following titles:

(1) Imam or grand imam.

(2) Shaykha.

(3) Mufti or grand mufti.

(4) Ayatollah or grand ayatollah.”.
