That the following proposed Foreign Military Sale to Turkey is prohibited:

(1) The sale of the following defense articles and defense services described in Transmittal No. 24–051, which was submitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(c) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(c)) on June 24, 2026: Defense articles, defense services, and technical data to support the integration, installation, external modification, qualification, certification, assembly, and test for the F110–GE–129E/F engines of the TF–X aircraft.
